Spencer has been a professional actor, teacher and session director in Los Angeles since 2006. He firmly believes that staying active and in each field is vital towards maintaining relevance and excellence in the others.  The information he provides is as current as possible

With an MFA in Acting from UCLA and the help of his team of representatives, he continues to work consistently in film, television, stage and commercials.

As a session director running on-camera auditions for more than thirty casting offices, he has logged over 10,000 hours auditioning actors, worked on over 1,000 projects and slated over 100,000 individual auditions.  There is nothing Spencer has not experienced in the audition room (in-person or virtually) running first calls and callbacks.

Teaching brings Spencer some of his greatest joy.  He identifies with the actor and is passionate about helping them on their own unique artistic journey. Whenever he works with talent, whether it is in a class or an audition, his goal is to guide the performer to bring out the best in themself and find the joy in what they do.  He has brought his teaching experience to multiple acting studios in Los Angeles (currently online with Keep It Real Acting Studios), universities throughout the country as well as privately.
